Who we are

Reach Technologies runs this demo site at demo.reach-technologies.io so that merchants can try ConvertyBot, Askeet, Ardary SMS and Ardary inSIM in ready-made shops. Reach Technologies is the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect

When you register: your name, work email, company or shop name, the platform your shop runs on and the products you want to try. While you use the demo: when you sign in, which demo shops you open and which plugin settings you save. We also keep your IP address for a short time to stop automated registrations.

Why we use it

To create and secure your demo account, to send you activation and sign-in links, and to let our sales team follow up on your interest in the products you selected. This is necessary to provide the demo you asked for and is in our legitimate interest. If you tick the optional box, we also send you news about these products; you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Who sees it

Reach Technologies staff only. Our hosting provider stores the data on our behalf. We do not sell your data and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site. The demo sets only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.

How long we keep it

Unconfirmed registrations are deleted after a few days. Activity records are deleted after 180 days. Your account details are kept while your access is open and for up to three years after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to its use, by writing to demos@reach-technologies.io. You can also complain to your data protection authority (the CNIL in France).

What you type into the shops

The shops are shared with other visitors until the nightly reset. Do not enter real customer data or personal information into the demo shops, the chat assistant or the SMS tools.
